Here I go again, starting a fresh tomorrow with a group at 10am. Been calorie counting but feel so restricted. I'm looking forward to getting myself together and focused. I know this way works, so this time I'm going to give it 100%
Yeah today was my 1st WW day; been countin cals too for last two weeks - it's a similar format & I did both plans today to compare and stuck to both amazingly... Good luck - you'll be great! X
