New Starter..

Hey Folks!!

Start this diet on Sat, so shall be on the site for the high's and the low's.. :(

I am 21 years old, battled with weight my whole life through bullying to being the funny/happy big girl! Looking to make a change to that eh :rolleyes:

I've no idea how much I weigh I am guessing around 14 stone :sigh: hoping to get to 10 with all your support that is

I'm on day 4 and it isn't easy, but as soon as you get your first weigh in, it will be worth the struggle...

After the first week is done, it gets much easier...

Welcome to the forum LovelyJubbley, and all the best for Saturday... It is really hard to begin with, but bear with it and when ketosis kicks in (usually around day 3/4) it gets much much easier... Keep yourself busy the first few days, and IF you can, seeing as you have a couple of days before you start, try to minimise your carbs and that should help you a bit too x x
 
Let's hope so xxx how did u find getting into it?

It's been easy so far, today is day 3 and I am feeling really weak and shaky but I have been to the dentist so might be the anaesthetic, also done 10 miles cycling.
I am going to enjoy a cup of green tea in the bath before school kicks out and see if that will help.

I've just started today, this is my 2nd attempt - only lasted a day the last time but after having my first shake today they are not as bad as I remembered which is a plus!
I am also 14st 3lb and am looking to lose around 3-4 stones so a similar goal to you!
Going on holiday in 5 weeks so hoping to lose as much as possible before I go then continue when I get back.
