Yeah Jeni that's them, when you put them on your tongue they taste really sweet so i wondered the same thing but my pharmacist said they're fine and I've never had any problems with them.
Oh girls Im in such foul form this evening-totm and very headachey. Not missing food or anything don't worry! Just a moody cow, my lovely OH has just run me a bath
Hate totm so much raaaawr Im such a wilderbeast to live with every month!

Aw nightmare id never eat on a train though i don't think, would think it was really rude!
Well i remembered why i remembered why i never have baths, felt sooo dizzy after i had to kneel under the cold shower for ages. Always happens yet i always forget Haha!

Honey id recommend a good book, read diarys on here, look at inspirational pics on here, watch a film, look at clothes websites of all the gorgeous clothes you'll be able to wear, find some old clothes that no longer fit and think oh woo I'll be wearing you soon!

Hi everyone it's my first day and I'm really struggling just wondered if anyone had any tips or advice can't stop thinking about eating! Lols x

Honey it is also my first day today. I'm feeling a bit weird - headachy and tired. I went out for a short (30 min) and slow walk with my mum - it did help and make me feel a bit more awake. Also took two paracetamol. I am in my jammies already and sipping on water bottle. Also reading lots of posts on here - it does help. Why don't you watch something on BBC Iplayer/4od to take your mind off it? Good Luck xx
