New Starter

Another positive to the diet! Anyone got any skin issues?? I've got psoriasis on my elbows.. It wasn't very bad but I hated it... It's nearly completely gone!!!! Knew it was related to all the wine I drank and crap I ate!!!

I have it really badly on my scalp. My hair falls out in clumps an everything but mine seems to be improving too :)

The forum wouldnt load when was I southport , shocked my update went on as it was just sending forever!!
Just got back n ash staying again tonight, so he just got a large donner kebab in nan bread, with garlic mayo n chilli sauce - god fit!!! I can taste it!!! Arghhh but I'm not giving in - couldn't cope with food around me all time - dunno how u guts cope???!!
I'm living alone until I finished this diet lol x

Great pic Veronica :). I'm feeling a bit hungry today but I'm blocking it out!!! Oh kebab gee that's hard but keep thinking of the positives & it does get harder at times but with will power we can get there :) x
 
Survived the Mexican lol I sat there drinking water whilst everyone had starters and main meals. Hubby felt dreadful bless him. It will all be worth it. I weight myself every morning too lol I can't help it and Asal I weighed myself before and after toilet today and I had lost 4lb!!!!!

Love the pic Veronica. Today hasn't been bad for me. Not as many cravings as usual although I dot know how you survived a kebab! I would cave. Lol, my fella wanted to eat one but I talked him out of it. He doesn't live with me but comes here straight from work before going home and stays 2 or 3 nights a week so he eats his meals with my daughter. I'm glad of that because I don't want her eating alone. X
 
Mexicans?? Kebabs??? We can survive em!! Told ash some ground rules as well for when I start eating, wine once a week instead of 2 or 3, takeaways once a month but he can have more if wants n rest of time cooking healthy xx not going this this to slowly put it back again!

I weigh myself every morning as well, it motivates me as opposed to de motivate - each to their own isn't it x

Ash was good, he just ate it, never offered any or anything - he knows now - eventually that I literally can't have anything pass my lips food wise lol xx

All of me is colder chan!! Good job my central hearing is included in my rent lol - nice n toasty n here - always been a central heating freak, my parents fault lol xx
I tell u, I can definitely see a changed attitude towards food in me already - lipotrim rocks!!! :)
