I joined this forum a couple of months ago when I started calorie counting but after a few unexpected events dieting took a back seat.. but I'm back now though and on my second day of Alli...
I've been on the forum on the Alli website and I think I've got the hang of the diet. I'm doing 1400 calories a day and no more than 15g of fat per meal. I think I've got my head round it, although it did seem odd at first because I've always counted calories and eaten as little fat as possible, but really all I can do is see how it goes!
OK.. I have questions! As I always do! Lol. What I'd really like to know is if anyone else suffered with constipation at first? I feel like I need to go but can't, quite the opposite effect I was expecting. Do you think after another day or so it'll cease? Yesterday I didn't meet my calorie or fat targets by quite a lot - old habits die hard
but today I'm making the effort to have about 15g in each meal, to see if this gets things moving.......
