New to Atkins

Hi everyone, am new to Atkins!
Lost 4 stones on Lipotrim n unfortunately can't do it anymore, so deciding to give Atkins a go now!
I have another 2 stones And starting induction tomorrow!
I am totally new to this, will someone please guide me as to what I can have on this phase and how long will it take me to lose the 2 stones please?

Hi and welcome Have a read of the sticky - so you are thinking of starting atkins - all the info there. Everyone loses at a different weight so will have to wait and see!

Hiya all,
Because of the rapid weight loss, I think am gonna stick with lipotrim for another month n lose 1 stone n then do Atkins for the last stone.
