Hi I'm new to the dukan diet ,I started 10 days ago now. I did attack for 7 days (stuck to)and lost 6lbs.
I'm now pv/pp cruising. I thought I would create this diary to keep myself on track as this morning my weight went up instead of down (. I'm normally a cambridge diet devotee and find this diet very different, the good thing is I am never hungry really....and do wonder if I am eating enough ??
Anyway,if anyone wants to comment on my foods/diaries please do and tell me where I am going right or wrong .i am also open to anyone sending me any nice recipes !
Today's pv day :
Breakfast: vanilla fat free yog with 2tbsp oatbran mixed in
Lunch: little yeo valley yogurt pot
Drinks: 2x cans Pepsi max,latte made with skim milk,1.5-2l water with cambridge flavouring
Late lunch/early dinner. Cooked chicken with bbq spice on,steamed courgette chunks and about 6 cherry tomatoes
Snacks. 2 slices of ham,chewing gum
