New to Dukan diet

Oops, I see Jo already gave similar advice! Yes, feta is very salty and I think the fat content is too high? The sainsburys be good to yourself cream cheese and cottage cheeses are a very good option. Quark is good too.

You're doing great, btw: 6lbs off is fantastic!
 
Pp thurs 4th
B- yog and oat bran porridge
l- 2 chicken breast and prepack chicken
Drink s -2 cans Pepsi max ,3.4l water
D- 4 slices turkey bacon ,prepack chicken ,5 meringues

Pp Friday 5th
B- yog and oatbran porridge
L chicken breast and cottage cheese
Drinks -Pepsi max can ,3.4l water
D-yolk omlette with loads of BBQ spice and onion covered in quark
Snack - pickled onions

Pv sat 6th
B-oatbran porridge
Snacks - pickled onions, gherkins,sun dried tomato
No lunch
Drinks -skim milk lattex2 water 3l ?,Diet coke 2l
Dinner -chicken,aubergine,courgette


Hi all sorry I have been a bit quiet due to being undecided about how to go on with the weight loss. Anyway I decided that as of tomorrow I'm returning to cambridge so spent the past 3 days and today eating all my dukan food up (tolerated items and all ) So didn't expect this morning to weigh 12.7 ! Which was a lovely surprise. So a bit more loss= total of 10lbs

hey purple, great to hear from you....nothing like an unexpected loss :) well done....isn't it funny when you relax a little it comes off!!!

well if your comfier with Cambridge go for it....just good luck keep us updated....and 10lbs is nothing to be sniffed at!!!!

My official Monday morning weigh in this morning was 12.7-6. So in 21 days on dukan I lost just short of 10lbs.
