Hi all sorry I have been a bit quiet due to being undecided about how to go on with the weight loss. Anyway I decided that as of tomorrow I'm returning to cambridge so spent the past 3 days and today eating all my dukan food up (tolerated items and all ) So didn't expect this morning to weigh 12.7 ! Which was a lovely surprise. So a bit more loss= total of 10lbs
