Oat bran gLletes made
Chicken legs roasted. Tandoori style
Salmon fillers ready in parcels Tobe baked for dinner
Ham not chicken and natural yog pots ready for snacking
Tea coffee not herbal teas ready
Will weigh in no take measurements in the morning

Wish me luck guys

Anyone know how to change name of thread. I don't want to keep my miscarriage title...I didn't even realize how often I'd be on here...If not I may have to open a new thread as I start my journey tomorow morning...

Any ideas for a title that would attract people's attention and support?

AS per your advice i have started a new thread under diaries...REENAS FIRST EVER DIET DIARY

I hope all of you ladies will meet me there...

This thread i will try and delete only because of the title it keeps makong me sad as it was only a month ago...

i have updated my stats and somehow i have already lost weight from xmas day when i weighed in at 76kg without the diet ...must be water or pregnancy issue...normaly weight about 70

anyway ive started now so lets see what happens....
