Hi everyone
First week counting my calories and have lost 8lbs!! Tried WW and it just didnt seem to work for me, not that the diet didnt work but it just wasnt for me.
Signed up to My Fitness Pal on my phone and count everything. Was surprised at how easy this week went. I feel more in control as now i can eat anything i want as long as i keep within my daily calories.
 
Well done on losing EIGHT pounds.... something is working for you so I hope you continue.

Looking forward to getting to know you better as time goes on ~ why not enter one of the challenges that are in this section? Just a thought!

Hi! Amazing loss - how many calories are you on?
 
I am eating 1200 calories a day. It was only my first week and my weight loss is normally quite slow. Think its an age thing as i definitely dont lose it as quickly as i used to unfortunately.
 
Well it was definitely a great first week. I'm sure if you stick to your limit you'll continue to see good losses. Good luck!
