new to minimins

HI I'm new to the forum and just wanted to say hello!

I did slimming world in 2007 and lost a stone, but personal circumstances changed and its all gone back on again!

Now I'm back with avengance! and saving for a wedding so can't afford £5 to go to slimming world classes! I'm trying to diet at home and hope that you guys can be my support!!

The :character00250: is planned for May and my goal is to weigh 10 stone when I order my dress in October

Hello everyone

Well where do i start. My name is Michelle, live in gloucester (nope no tractor here) hehe well. Im 24years old. And prob the same as most of here as i sat browsing, i want to lose weight AGAIN! *sigh* . Since the age of 13 all i can remeber really is watching what i eat, wanting so desperatly to lose weight. But my buddy tempation always seems to get in the way grrrrr. Well guess what i was looking for tonight was a place to let of steam and get some advice on what to try...i love my food and love making things from scratch. Ive tryed alsorts the dreaded Atkins which was great for a while.....and just plain old healty eating.......and even tryed slim fast YUK! .

As i search in google this was the 1st site to come up, and the first msg i looked at was " why we love minimins" or somthing along those lines. The site struck me and i had to register. So hello one and all!!

Yes I joined the online slimming world..."body optimise" so I have pdf files of all the syns and Ha's and Hb's. I also buy the magazine occasionally which has some good recipes...
