New to slimming world, loads to loose, want to get healthy,

P.s What shop is near you? I bought some quorn bits from tesco and sainsburys this week and both shops had some offers on x

We have a little metro tesco, co-op and aldi- all within 15 min walk. the big supermarkets sainsburys, tesco, morrisions and asda are all within a 20 min drive :) hubby hates asda so we don't often go there, the car park is an total nightnmare.

making some soup with butternut squash another fav food now :)

I am sure its my tablets cutting down, I keep getting a horrible taste in my mouth which is one of the first side effects i had.

Snap with shops here apart from aldi. Bit weird, my dad (who takes me shopping) hates our asda aswell lol It share a carpark with an argos and some other shops and it's packed 24/7 'cause it's really close to uni halls and colleges.

Butternut squash seems too good to be true sometimes doesn't it? It makes things so much easier on red days :D

Wow, Jules, well done! I've never lost 10 in a week... ever! That's amazing. :) You've inspired me to try and have a really good week this week!

Have you joined the June Challenge? I'm giving it a try to see if it motivates me, hopefully it will.

Hope you start feeling a bit better soon. x

Yep ours is choas- must be a thing with asda :)

yep its fab stuff thinking of mashing it with some philly when I next do sausages as sausage and "mash"

Took little one to nursery and have just cleaned all down stairs I was glowing and sweating.

Hippo- i think i have only lost that much as it truly shows how appalling my diet really was before :( honestly i would never eat breakfast, then eat toast late morning, choc, crisps, biscuit)-My poor body don't know how it coped.

I have added myself to the june challenge, I have put for 10 lbs as know weight loss will slow down, so hoping will be around 2lbs a week as that is what i seem to see other people have lost.

Thanks, hope I am felling a bit better tomorrow as we have said about going for a walk in the woods with little man nears our in the morning. in the afternoon we have to wait in for deliver of a new shed -well it keeps hubby happy :)

Hope you have had a good day hun, and sure you can have a great week and see a good loss :)

Aww bless :giggle:And you're going to have a Man in the Shed, sounds very Last of the Summer Wine lol

Don't forget to have 2 hexas and hexbs on a red or green day missus

Grrr at tablets, hope things settle for you soon, I'm still a bit funny after my double dose the other night. Then again I'm always a little bit odd :D

I thought it was 1 hea- my milk, and 2 Heb-pasta but haven't had a second one... trying to get hubby to take me to tesco so i can get some curly wurlys :) and some prosecco for my friend who got married but its not happening, he had stock take at work and is knackered.

Haha-yep, :0

Stupid tablets, fell a bit better now I have had tea but am stuffed, really need some digital scales have old ones so I had 40g pasta, as it only marks every 20g.

Liking the highlights bournville hot choc, and dark chocs better for you right? ;) xxx

just had my 2ns HEb 2 slices of nimble bread with marmite, plus babybel (Hea) hubby is sitting next to me eating biscuits so had to have something, so glad I made a healthy choice :) xxx

Stick him in the conservatory to share his biscuits with the spiders :D

It says 1-2 healthy A's on red/green but I reckon it's sensible to stick to 2, especially early on in the program. The calcium's good for you plus it supposedly boosts weight loss :)

Think it's only 1 syn for the extra 5g of pasta and 40g would be a lot more filling than 20g I'm sure lol I've just found a spaghetti squash hiding in the kitchen, might give that a try over the weekend. Got it from a vegan produce shop though so not likely to turn up in a tesco/asda :sigh: Waitrose possibly, but who can afford to shop there?

Hehe yep in the cold that just gives me gooss bumps spiders in the dark and cold my worse nightmare!. well I had 2 HEb plus a bit extra pasta, and an extra syn then :) plus my milk and babybel so did ok in end :)

can you post a photo please of the spaghetti squash I have never seen one, I didn't realize we could even get them over here.

we have a health shop in town I wondered if they would do them? Once I know what I am looking for :)

They might do, I can't remember when I bought it though so no idea when they're in season lol
