I started SW on Monday and I just feel like I am eating too much?
Can someone take a look at my food diary please and let me know what u think:
Monday:
Breakfast: banana & satsuma
Lunch: 2 slices whole meal bread (small loaf) HEB
Ham
Lettuce
Cucumber
Mayo (synned)
Dinner:
Roast chicken, potatoes roasted in fry light, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, gravy made with juices (synned)
Snack: 2 x satsuma
Teas / coffees through the day with semi skimmed milk (HEA)
Tuesday:
Breakfast: 3 egg omelette with ham and mushrooms
Snack: banana
Lunch: 2 slices w/meal bread ((HEB) ham, lettuce, cucumber, mayo (synned) and a banana
Snack: 2 x chicken drumsticks without the skin
Dinner: bacon, eggs, baked beans, mushrooms, sausages (synned)
Snack: muller light
HEA is milk been drinking lots of water?
