New to TF..anyone else?

Hi all,

I started TF yesterday after doing alot of research into it before deciding on what would work for me. I got the starter pack consisting of a cookbook, programme book, shaker, shakes, and I bought some jelly and cereal to try to.

So im on day two and im LOVING it, I have TF cereal for breakfast, then an apple, followed by a shake and some steamed veg, then a piece of fruit, a dinner (veg and lean meat) with the fruit jelly for after. Lots of water and some green tea.
Day one was hard, today was grand, not a bother.
Anybody else on this?
Iv got a good bit to lose and im so determined, so say hi if your on board we can see each other through it :)
 
I may as well use this as my little blog spot to keep me on track...and for people in the future who search TF :D

I started TF six days ago and I have lost 6 pounds, I weighed in this morning after breakfast in my local boots and was delighted with my loss.
I have a long way to go but im already knocking the numbers off the tickers :D
