HI i am sudored and i am 32!
have ordered a months supply and it get delivered tomorrow.
a few question Do me have the same amount as women? 3 items a day?
Anyone got any helpful tips?
my starting weight is 17st 11lbs and my BMI is 39
target weight is 13st.
my sister lost over 12 stone on the lipotrim diet is this diet just as good?

Yeah I am sure its the same for Women as Men, I have lost 19lbs in 2 weeks and feel good.

Yes it is 3 meals per day for men. On some other diets it is 4 but mainly because they have lower calories etc.

I am finding the meals really filling and I could easily manage on 2 per day. But not everyone is the same. See how it goes with 3 per day. There is nothing stopping you having a 4th meal on days when you feel you need it. It is better to have an extra Exante meal than be tempted by something else and totally ruin the diet.
