Hi everybody :wave_cry:
After reading peoples posts on here and the great successes people have I decided to order a bumper pack and it should be here on Tuesday (wish it was here now!). I am really looking forward to starting the plan - I am hoping that the easiest thing will be knowing that i have one thing a day for each meal and thats it, absolutely nothing more. I've also ordered the flavoured fruit powder to put into water and it says on the site you can make ice lollies so i may make them to munch on in the evenings.
I dont like mushroom soup but it comes in the pack so I was wondering if I could put some curry powder in it to disguise the taste?
I'm hoping to walk at least 5 miles a day too to make sure I give it everything I can.
I'm looking forward to both giving and receiving support too!
