I did WW last year in the second half of my diet and the number of points that they allocate you depends on your starting weight - you can discover this by going to their website and entering in your current weight (and I think your age). I think my daily allowance was 29 points as I had 20 pounds to lose. I didn't add the exercise bit in - personally it just made me feel better when I knew I had done a bit of exercise - I did make use of my weekly allowance though if I had a night out or something.
