New to WW

slow but steady!
Hi! Currently on sw but fancy a change so am going to try WW simply filling. Starting on Friday after my weigh in.

Think I roughly understand simply filling so will be stocking up on foods from the list but was just looking for ideas on what to spend my weeklies on :) some will be used on cheese, jam, sauce etc but what other treats to people use their points on? Particularly looking for ideas that aren't just ww branded foods.

Any help appreciated thanks, need to stock up over next few days x

Welcome :) depends what sort of thing you like really? Crisps? alcohol? choc etc?

Umm all of the above! ;-) on sw I would mostly have spirits as alcohol as anything else is really high in syns, for crisps usually baked stars or velvet crunch, chocolate curly wurlys or kitkats. Just looking for some new ideas really that are low in points :) x
 
Hun you can have anything! And the weird thing is like velvet crunch are like 2pp and so you can split your 49 between 7 which is 7 pp a day! Fingers crossed for you!

I moved from sw to and am loving it at the moment its really fitting in with my life and keeping me on track hope you like it too.
Not sure what to suggest for you to have but s said above you can have anything but obviously not all at the same time ha ha and it does differ from sw and there are things you can have like crumpets and bagels etc that make a nice change!
 
Thanks ladies my book came today - probably mostly be eating the same snacks as I did on sw as they tend to be low points :) x

Yeah a lot of the stuff is similar.One thing that does surprise me is yoghurts are points when on sw there were a lot that were free but there is theother stuff that works the other way too! Good Luck x

Yeh I never went crazy with yoghurts on sw anyway so don't mind pointing them :) like that sugar free jelly is no points, although 0.5syn on sw wasn't exactly high! X
