Having a good day so far i went to doctors and FINALLY got thyroxine hopefully that will help too although they argued and said it was borderline she gave me it so i must need it!!
Thankfully this seems to be getting easier each day its now TOTM my chocolate cravings are away finding today quite easy had toast for breakfast, soup and bread for lunch a yoghurt and a mandarin and having a chicken salad for dinner and sure be room for some crisps or something later
Also decided to go to gym on a Thursday for 1 hour after work so Zumba for hour Tue and Gym a Thurs for an hour days i don't go ill take dogs out after work instead of my sister or both us really getting into this and feeling motivated just hope i manage to lose!!
