hi kate, not at all thanks a million for looking and replying,
i get up at 5.30am and am not used to eating breakfast at all, so i try to have fruit between 5.30 and 8.30 and then i tend to eat my breakfast at 9 or 10am usually being a toasted sandwich or bacon egg mushroom onion and beans that keeps me going till after 1 and i'll eat again then
i finish work between 3 and 4 and then go home cook dinner for all but i wont eat it untill 6 or 7 when dh comes home, so again i eat fruit in between,
i tend to save my syns for a biscuit or snack at 8 or 9 when i sit with a coffee watchin tv
but my losses are very low as you can see so all suggestions greatfully welcomed
