i had my osteo appointment yesterday afternoon and it went well i think but today im body is aching like hello so im back on the ibroprofen..i know its been like this before only with my back for a couple days then its all fine so hopefully itll be like that. i have got to go back for a repeat appointment next friday so i guess any niggles ive got ill get them sorted then?!

i wish osteopathy was on the nhs
