I recently purchased a box of shakes of Exante and just found this website today, well safe to say I am glad...
Reading through all the different diaries, pictures, threads its nice to know that everyone can rely on each other. You are all a inspiration. :)

I have done nearly every diet under the sun and my boyfriend calls me obsessed, which i admit i am. I am pretty sure i comfort eat but unsure why because it just makes me feel worse.
My boyfriend is skinny and doesn't need to worry bout weight so doesn't understand about how i look gets me down :(

Anyway i cant start this till the 11th of August cos my boyfriend is coming down to where i live for the weekend (cos we live a 120 miles apart) and then next week hes taking me on holiday, so i wont b back home till the 10th.


My problem i have is, his mum cooks everything in oil, now i try to get him to go out for meals as much as possible when i am his every weekend but its impossible for all meals. I have tried talking to her but she does not listen to me, iv tried buying my own food but she still cooks....i don't want to be rude so i eat it.

The plan i chose was 2 shakes and a low carb meal, would this work?
can you snack on this or not?


I am so excited to actually get started :) and actually having this messaging board will help tremendously, support is definitely needed :)

Looking forward to to the 11th/12th to start this journey and lose this 2.5 stone which makes me so miserable :(

Hey! Welcome! Good luck for the 11th!!

I'm on total solution not working, but I'm pretty sure you're meant to have 3 packs regardless to get 100% of your rda and no snacks. The only difference between the plans is the additional meal.

Remember you're doing this for you so if anyone tries to make you eat something that's not suitable on plan just be honest about your diet, be strong it's not forever :)
 
Hi there! Welcome!! I'm on working solution and you have 3 Exante meal per day to get the 100% RDA plus a low carb meal and no snacking. I normally have all meats e.g. Chicken, beef, pork etc with steamed veggies!

Cool think mine is simple solution :)

So you have 3 exante meals and a low cal meal? Breakfast, lunch, tea? And a low cal meal?

Im looking forward to this new stage in my life, hope it works! Feel like giving up sometimes :-/ though im sure we all do :-/

How's everyone finding it? :)
