Thanks for the carb thingy... the only ones I eat regularly are onions, tomatoes and sometimes leeks (didn't know they were carby...). Most of the others are banned anyway... (although I have snuck in the odd parsnip at times... love 'em!).
Anyway, I'll eat off smaller plates at weekends to spare me filling the plate horizontally AND then going up in a cone shape... and plopping my protein on the top. Think Mountain. Think Maintainer! Some lessons to learn on the old portion size before coming out of ketosis, methinks!!
