Newbie - competing with husband

I've been consistantly doing 10miles a week, but it's seeming less tiring for my body now. Looks like I got too used to it....

Last week and this week food has been bad. Not binge eating, but being a little generous with myself - so I ate sandwich with low fat cheese vs one with no cheese. 4-5 crisps, Thai curry for lunch once a week etc...

Once I loose 5 kg, I plan to start running....

Wayyyyy to go!
