[Heres to a slimmer me]

Hi all :wave_cry:am coming to join you all on your weight lose journey any hints and tips would be fab..
started 5th may weight at doc today ( had to get bloods done) and lost 4Ibs shocked wasnt the word!!

What a great start. Drink Green Tea if you can and drink at least 2 litres of water a day. A multi-vitamin at night is good.

Hi and well done on your loss!! Follow the rules and you will do fine!! I drink a couple of litres of dilute juice and apple tea and green and lemon tea and also sometimes a peppermint tea!!

Green tea does many wonderful things but amongst others it's supposed to help weigh loss.
