Hi everyone,

i joined slimming world on Tuesday, as I decided I am no longer going to diet, I need a way of life and I wish I had joined 5 years ago when my weight loss journey began after the birth of my son.

i am not a meat or poultry fan so focusing on Green plan.

has anyone lost weight doing e green plan every day?

Yes, I have, so have loads of other people. The focus is on Extra Easy these days, but you will have been given the information for Green in your pack, and there is always help here.
 
Hi there and welcome! I lost most of my weight on green the first time I did SW (before the Extra Easy plan came along) and found it really worked - these days I flex across all the plans to suit the type of meals I want to have each day :) All the best! x
 
Hey. Yes I do mostly green days, only do EE the odd time I'm having fish! I prefer having 2 healthy extras.
Take a look in the diaries section, there is a good few green only diaries if you need any ideas.
