Here's week 2's food diary Breakfast and lunches have been exactly the same as last weeks,
I've also drank 2 1/2 litres of water daily
Monday
Dinner....diet cola chicken, potato wedges with some cheese (healthy extra) and salad

Wednesday
Dinner....gammon, wedges with cheese (HEA) pineapple and salad

Sunday (today)
Dinner and lunch was the same as last week
But breakfast I had a McDonald's breakfast wrap!!!! Naughty I know but I needed a treat after an awful, stressful 2 night shifts
So that was 30 syns

Gutted I went over by 20 but hoping for a loss still and will try much much harder next week to steer clear of so much choc and NO MCDONALDS
