Have been looked at this forum for a while for support but have never joined a forum before, am using my lunch break to figure it all out

lost nearly 2 stone last year by drinking Tesco light choices shakes for breakfast and lunch, and a (relatively) healthly dinner, snacking on fruit during the day, going to try for another 2 stone this year.
weight loss is slowing down so need to hike up on exercise.
[hope i have posted in the right place! also can any one can tell me how to add the weight tracker into my signature!?]
