Newbie needing help with syns

Hi everyone.

I'm new here and was wondering if anyone can help me with some syn values please?

The syns I need to know are:

Ainsley Harriet spice sensation couscous

Snack a jacks Coconut and chocolate jumbo

Black olives

Spice Sensation Couscous, excluding oil & butter, 100g pack 2

Olives, black/green, 8 olives 1

The Snack a Jacks wil be 1 syn per 20 calories as theres no free food allowance
