Newbie needs confidence by Feb 2014

Hi,

I'm nearly a week into an unsuccessful attempt at changing my eating habits.

My best friend is getting married valentines day 2014 and I don't want to be the fat bridesmaid.

I have no idea how I'm going to achieve it though! I'm open to ideas! I won't stick to meal replacements and I'm in the sticks so no slimming clubs I can join :(

Help and support people!!!!

Why don't you have a good nose round the site, see what everyone else is doing & try find something that suits you. I'm doing Slimming World & absolutley loving it, real food, don't feel deprived, eat more than I used to & tend to lose every week. I'm not a big loser, 1-2lb a week, but I'm not a big exerciser either lol. I was going to group but can't now, so I'm going solo at home with help from here.

Hi, i never thought I would stick to meal replacements but I have started Exante 5 days ago (mainly because it was the cheapest!) just to give it a go and I am so so enjoying it AND proud of myself (had a sneaky weigh this morning and 7lbs down already! I never fancied groups tbh, and really didnt think Id be able to stick to Exante but its working for me and Im confident going forward with it. Doesn't necessarily mean its best way forward for you though. I definitely agree with the post above and think that a good browse of the site will give you an idea of what will fit your lifestyle and motivation.
