Hi guys, I have just joined CD this week, and not doing too well, would love to be able to buddy up and make this a little easier.
Water, water and more water! Seems to do the trick for me anyway...Hi everyone, I am new to minimins so bear with me please. I am currently on week 3 of Cambridge diet. I done ss for 2 weeks and stepped up to step 2 this last week. My issue is my weight losses have not been great. I lost 5lb my first week. 2 pound in my second, and now only 1 pound this week . I've stuck to plan 100%. Can anyone help or has this happened to anyone else. I joint the diet to loose quicker than an average diet but I'm loosing slower.
It's very quiet on here and hope you're all ok! Been for wi number 3 and lost another four pounds!!! Very pleased , so far that's 21 off since New Year's Day!! And 7 inches off my waist and 3 off both bust and hips!!!
that's amazing , well done Hun, wow, I am impressed. I have been on plan for 10 days and lost 7 1bsI started on new years day at 15 st and this morning I am 13 st 13 so I am chuffed with that as I've had 7 days not being fully on plan since I started!
3 days of decadence and unlimited champagne in Ibiza and still lost a pound!!!
