Hi Ali. Thanks for the welcome. I’m a WW Lifetime member, but have slipped into bad habits over the last few years. I’ve successfully kept off 40 lbs, for 10 years, which is the positive. I’ve put on over 50 on top of that. I would like to lose 40 to put me in a better place physically. WW works for me when I track consistently. I’ve reset, and am tracking again.
