Weight training apparently? High protein diet. My mate swears by this to get rid of extra flab and tone up. When I lose a bit more excess weight I'll start doing the weights methinks.

Weights are good my arms were flabby before I started doing weights at the gym, I do bicep curls and tricep pulldowns, the key is low weight more reps honey x
Agreed u look fine hun! I know what you mean about arms though, they're such a pain in the bum.. I remember reading a while ago that you don't need to do massive weight curls (or whatever they're called ) to reduce problem upper arms, it just takes lots or repetition. Baked bean cans sat in front of the TV might work wonders!
Jem, you look goooood !! i recommend playing netball for bingo wings .. i had flappy ones .. but since ive been playin netball for a year ... they flapped away
Yeah sorry I should've said... The weights don't have to be heavy. Tin of beans heavy but nothing more. Lotsa reps. Gotta say, are you really unhappy with your arms though? They look ok hon?? :S
u look fab hun, dont be worrying about your arms but if you arent happy then you arent. Protein and weight training is the best for that seemly as someone also pointed above
thanks ladies for all your lovely comments....I can live with my arms I usually have them covered to the elbow anyway it's just the belly I want rid of...but I'm shredding now so hopefully that will help ..lol x

Lol I do that with my arms too!! Its terrible in the summer though, I'm such a broad person too... Big boned as they say. I'd love to be "petite" lol

I have lost 13lbs so far but I haven't a clue where the weight is falling from as I measure my big fat belly each week and I haven't lost a single inch. Maybe I'm losing it from my toes???
