newbie-restart AGAIN !!!

I made spicy satay butternut....basically butternut soup with the addition of chilli,ginger,garlic and some reduced fat peanut butter ..works out a 2pp per bowl and I made 7 bowls can't wait till lunch time 2mrw..x
 
Well done jem, great loss! I was hoping for a 2lb loss this week to get my silver 7 but scales aren't being good to me this week lol. Hope I dont gain... Being very snackish! What 2pp soup did you make chick?? X

Soup sounds ace lovey I just made beetroot soup which I grew myself yay! Just small bit of butter, onion, beetroot n chicken stock n seasoning n finishing it off with a bit of creme fraiche tomorrow as I taking it for lunch x x soup is cool x x

thanks everyone....working for my silver 7 now ....Liz I must try the beetroot soup I have never had it before is it 0pp?.......good luck Sarah ...hopefully you will get a loss hun...have been very busy today..went on a delivery of chutneys etc with my bro came home ..cleaned.. washed...and then took ironing outside to the sun...only to get half of it done before it got very dull ..looks like the rain is coming..will post food for today later have to go pick up son from his friends....good luck all those still to wi this week. x

I not sure actually it just beetroot-root n leaves n onion n seasoning n chicken stock so I reckon its 0pp!

have had a nice day so far ...got up late so didn't have breakfast...went to the official digging of the first sod of our new playground...lots of pics taken for the local papers.. then came home and made lunch for myself ..my friend and her 3 kids...sitting here now 2hours later and still feel stuffed ......will post menu for today after dinner as I don't know what I'm haveing yet...hope your all having a good day x
