Hi girls sorry I have been awol for a while things have been manic and awful at the same time.......plan has gone completely of the rails, crashed and burned .Oh has been off for 2 weeks and my diet has been non exsistant to put it mildly.we have been out for lunches /dinners ..at friends or parties and I have eaten my dailies and weeklies all in one day and every day.....it feels like it anyway.
I went to wi last week an had gained 1/2lb which wasnt too bad and I was on track for about a day then it just went downhill. I went to Warrenpoint for the weekend with my bro to a food and craft fair to help him sell his chutneys etc ....tried to be good ..even took 0pp soup to eat for lunch ..but we were taken out for breakfast and I had a fry ...then at night we had a bbq as we were camping instead of travelin up and down for two days and I ate way to much and had a whole bottle of wine as well.
.....Back home now and am going to get back on track..no more parties and oh is back to work so there will be no more distractions either....
I did try to keep track and be sensible but alas I failed miserably and had no access to a computer for days ..hence the reason for not keeping in touch.
normal service has been resumed and I here to torture you all again lol....it's lovely that you all missed me and I missed all very much too.
Haven't quite caught up with everyone yet but I'm gettin there so if I missed anyone out I apologise in advance.....
will start posting my food diary asap .....hope you are all well and being good and well done to everyone on your losses this week ....and THANKS guys for everything x
 
Welcome back Jem! :) Its fab that you only put on 1/2 a pound, you will get rid of that this week, easy! glad you had a fun couple of days anyway :) back on the wagon now!X

Sounds like u been busy n had a nice break from if don't be too hard on yourself, these things happen, putting just 1/2lb is impressive in itself!
