Newbie Slimming world - help!

Hi mrssallows87. I know how you're feeling right now. I started SW a week ago and it's confused me a lot. I've been sticking to EE since the beginning since I wanted to keep it simple. I'm only an online member though as there are no groups where I live. Luckily I managed to lose 3lbs in the first week but I think that was probably more to do with luck than judgment!

Jodieboo, that's really intersting what you say about the 1/3 superfree on EE. I didn't actually realise that was an essential. I'm keeping my meals free with the odd Syn but wasn't thinking too hard about the 2/3, 1/3 split. For example, most mornings for breakfast I have two slices of wholemeal toast from a 400g loaf (HEx B) and two teaspoons (approx) of Flora Light. I also have a banana on the side and a glass of water. I guess I'm inadvertantely going with the 1/3 superfree with the banana. I'm going to have to start having salad with my jacket potato at lunch though!

It's good to come on here to find such good advice without having the luxury of a local group. I was disapopinted that the website didn't offer more support by way of a forum or access to a consultant.
