Hi all, just waiting for my packs to arrive then I will be starting. Done cd before3x oppss! tried lipotrim for 3wks , just could not afford to stay on any of them so Im really glad I found slim and save.What a bonus as well that you have this site for support cause Im defo going to be a pain in the arse poster! I need the motivation and support that fellow dieters can give, so I hope you all don't mind me gatecrashing :)
I have read through all the posts and you have all done so amazingly.

Packs still haven't arrived but I have 1 wks worth of lipotrim left so I started that today. Fingers crossed that my order didn't get lost otherwise im buggered!
 
If you were on the free delivery option mine took about 4 days to arrive.

Hope they come soon - they are much nicer than Lipotrim, and cheaper. Maybe you can Ebay the Lipotrim shakes if you have any left over?

I ordered on the 12th and got a same day email saying despatched so if they arn't here Monday then time to panick :eek:
I ordered the economy lemon shakes and have since been told they are rank! if these shakes are better than lipotrim then that will at least be a bonus. Oh I bloody hope so or im going to very unhappy for a month ( ordered mths suppy).
Have you tried them? please say they are nice:8855:
 
I could tolerate them but certainly was not my favourite, and not one I could last a month on.

You should go to the site and boy 10 spag bol and some bars and then you can use the lemon and break it up with the spag bol and bars that way you have something to look forward to :)
 
Yeah, I'm with Girlsbig98, order some spag bol and some bars otherwise you will get peed off with the lemon shakes. I had one in the multi pack that I bought when I started (basically 1 of each flavour - old and new). It wasn't the worst shake in the world but it was watery compared to the premium shakes so don't let the one flavour put you off Slim and Save as there are lots of other things to try, and the spag bol and the bars are lush! I especially like the banana and choc truffa bars. I could probably stomach the lemon shakes twice a day if I had to but would need a better option in the evening.

I'd also email Rob if they don't turn up tomorrow.
 
I chose the multipack. Ordered Saturday. Will be interesting to see what arrives. Like all vlcds, we will have our faves. Coconut crunch bars on kee diet were to die for. Hope the soups are good, on the boots Tony ferguson were rank. eBay would be a good choice, especially as that's where I'd got them from to start with!
Lemon maybe refreshing? Hope your packs arrive.

Yea packs arrived today so can get started properly tmoz.Going to buy some bars this week to break up the lemon and deceided no weigh ins. with my lipotrim left overs I have at least 5 wks worth of stuff so i am not weighing myself for 5 whole weeks. Well going to try not to:D
Not heard of the Kee diet before. Was going to do the no frills vcld but found this one much cheaper for economy shakes . ahhh! bet the bars on this one are like cd really tasty!
Hope your packs arrive soon. Are you already on a vlcd then and just swapping over?
 
No I am starting again on yet another diet but have tried to eat healthy over the summer but gained instead. My biggest downfall is my complete lack of exercise and sadly I'd rather eat next to nothing and see results rather that spend time I don't have to spare trying to find any motivation to even think about putting on any trainers. I have 2 unopened exercise DVDs that I bought at Easter.
Thing is, when you have had fast results from a vlcd and mine was Cambridge between the pregnancies of my 2 girls then it does become a safety net to fall back on. I am also warming to buying packs off the internet so I don't have to have a face to face wi and be told off about any slip ups.
Vlcds do work with commitment and I want the fast results for my motivation. I have packs because I've been on & off the diets. I have found this one and I currently focused into succeeding in this diet.
I know I am not going to be perfect which is why I have bought a 28 day stock, they will be there looking at me.
It's down to me and the support of this friendly forum, I want a smaller clothes size.
I am impressed that you can go 5 weeks without a wi, I think I would have to hide my scales. I am trying to last a week.
Let us know what you think of the pack flavours.
 
Have you started your new shakes yet or are you going to complete the lipotrim ones 1st?
Day 2 for me and I need to make a start on the water, not sure why it is a problem. Guess I've become used to drinking tea forever throughout the day.
 
Hi vj, have ur packs arrived yet? well lemon eco shakes are just err! so i have found a site that does the bars for £7.30 for 7 so have ordered 4 boxes from them plus some chilli 7 for £8 so cant wait till they arrive as im heaving at the moment on those shakes. Going to order the premuim shakes from slimand save from now on.
dont know yet if I can keep away from scales for 5wks im a bit of a scale hopper! so will keep you posted on that one!
 
Ooh, I love a bargain. Are you able to use up all those lemon shakes? Mine arrived today so will be starting tomorrow although ketosis has hit.
