Can believe I eat choc I eat cheesy puffs daily and I lose weight what a bonus

But 5 hours if walking in the rain today not good :-( but at least I dont need a gym to get fit lol

You might just need a new pair of shoes meaning you will have to go shopping, what a pain ;-) I don't know how WW works I really don't but all I know is, it does work! X I hope you don't get too rained on today. X

Was lucky today and dodged the rain plus had to get a bus so not much walking today which was a shame.

Yes it defo works and im enjoying it I can really see the difference this 11lbs has made and im back in my 12 jeans yay another stone and half and maybe my 10 jeans will start to fit. Im actually feeling like I will for the first time in 7 years get back to my target weight

I'm glad that you're feeling so positive Isn't it such a nice feeling when smaller clothes fit? Much better than any junk food tastes! Are u sure it will be 1.5 Stone for another Dress Size? That seems quite a bit? X

I shall buy another bag of chocolates as I bought a bag of mini ones and my naughty doggies grabbed it and ate them all. Lol shes on steriods and is eating everything. She jumped up and reached on the back of the cooker my plate of veg and ate it. Grrrr damn hungry labrador lol

Wow! She must of been hungry to eat Veg ;-) How are u enjoying your Options? I normally eat my Snacks around 7pm as I have Dinner around 5pm but Mondays I eat at 7pm so will have my Snacks around 9pm. X

She ate todays vegs of broccoli and carrots. Shes a nightmare at the moment shes jumped up and ate so many loafs of bread opened over door and ate sons tea. She eats her brothers dog food as well as her own. Lets just say we have got a fat labrador at the moment but her steriods have dropped down to quarter of a tablet now for a week then every other day next week and then stop. Shes been on them 2 months so far. Then we monitor to make sure her eye sight stays ok because she was completely blind 2 months ago.

My options was lovely very chocolaty and so warm n filling. I do enjoy them and so good how low they are.

Sainsbury's Meringue Nests are 1 for 1pp or 2 for 3pp so I only ever have one. Twirls which you buy individually are 6pp for 2 Fingers, the ones in a 4 Multipack are 5pp for 2 Fingers. X

Its really good I thought they would be a lot higher. It will help with my trying to use some weeklies too.

So I can eat 3 meals a day still have my costa latte still have cheesy puffs and eat meringues and a twirl and lose weight. Lol how crazy is that!! Best diet eva!!!!

Here Here! I've not actually found a Drawback and I've currently been going for 23 1/2 Weeks! X

Im amazed at what we can have I really am. Plus im shocked at the weight loss never lost weight this easy before.

I think ill manage quite easily to stay at target eating yummy food.

It took me 19 Weeks but I'm happy to continue on Maintenance for life as I eat 'normally' and nobody even needs to know that I follow this! X

Thats a really short space if time well done. Cant wait to get to target myself its been a long time coming.

Well todays been a good day I finished work early and got a presentation evening to attend tonight.

Tomorrow is a long day for me wont finish until 10pm so shall be taking lunch and tea and snacks to work with me. Not sure how much walking ill get done tomorrow but can only but try. If I only just get the 10, 000 thats great.
