Hi I'm new to MiniMins, have been on the slimming world journey since Jan 2011, lost 2st 7.5lbs so far. Had a massive blip in the summer when I lost my mum and completely lost my way with eating healthily. Hoping to be at target (5st 1.5lbs) by my birthday in June. Will start uploading my daily diaries and hope it will stop me being naughty! Xx :wave_cry:
 
Well this has been my first chance to log back on. My diary for today!

hea= milk allowance for tea/coffee

Breakfast: 4 Ryvita (heb) with 1 laughing cow extra light triangle (1) and 1 laughing cow light blue cheese square (1.5). 2 satsumas.

Lunch: coronation chicken and rice, 2 satsumas and cherry muller light yoghurt

Snack whilst cooking tea:
Small piece of leftover gammon!
2 satsumas (see a trend here haha!)

Tea:

3x quorn sausages (3) sw chips and 2 eggs. With fruit for afters as my 1/3 superfree.

I will probably have a small 25g bag of butterkist toffee popcorn later (5)

Total syns= 10.5
