Hi there,
Been looking through all the amazing posts and how well people have been doing - I'm now three weeks in and have officially lost 18.6 lbs (though a sneaky weigh this morning shows I'm up to 21.4lbs do far!) I wondered after the first few weeks do people find it harder or that some weeks the weight doesn't seem to go?
Have done ww before, and remember the weeks where you've done nothing wrong but end up sts or even tiny gains!
