Hi all, I'm new to this forum and just wanted to say a quick hello. After years of yo-yo dieting going from 1 slimming club to another i have finally decided that calorie counting is the way forward and today is the day that its starts.
Good luck hun I am sure you will do fine I started last Tuesday so I weigh in tomorrow although I have been sticking to about 1800 calories this week so not expecting a great loss but as I have the kids home I always find dieting harder so I am going to stick to between 1700-1800 calories a day and see how that goes ssh I have about 7 stone to lose hopefully I will still lose about a 1lb a week let us know how you get on and if you have my fitness pal you can add me mkellie12 and we can encourage each other on there as well
