So, newbie here.
My resolution this year is to lose weight dramatically. I'm currently 26 and have simply gotten in to a position where I don't feel good about myself at all. I *need* to do this for myself and start enjoying life a lot more than I am. I haven't a clue where to start, so I'm just going to read through some of the great advice that's already been given on this forum and see if I can put something in to practice.
