Hi Just found this forum so thought would join and hopefully gain from all the experience on here.
Started SW end of Feb and so far have lost 1st and 1/2lb so its working for me just need to get my head round food optimising so that i can lose more. Main problem for me is cafe latte's can have 4 or 5 a day which i know isn't helping. Have tried skimmed milk but doesn't taste right, anybody have any tips to get off them?
