Hi all new to the cambridge diet and slightly scared lol any tips or advice think will need it. Any newbies could do with a diet buddy xx

I am starting as of tomorrow meeting my consultant but hoping to do SS starting straight away, think your right reading people's tips advice support will help lots everyone says day 3 is hard ? Are you looking forward to your first weigh x

Awe good luck it is hard! For me day 1-2 and third morning was awful lol but by day 3 night was better,yesterday was great today feel like I have had zero energy but did have bad night sleep last night, I have a 3 year old that likes to stay up all night lol,apparently I am in ketosis now and today I have not felt hungry at all! (Bonus!) everyone is different tho I guess. I am so lucking forward to 1st weigh in I have not cheated once so expecting a big loss! What plan are I doing? Xx

Well done sounds like your started to get use to it now they say gets easier after the first week. Not 100% sure yet meeting tomorrow afternoon and hoping to start straight away :-s what are the packs like taste wise ? Have you set your self a goal of how much your wanted to lose ? And what plan are you on ? X

If you start cutting down on carbs now it will help ease you into SSing when you start...I went cold turkey and suffered on my first day with a splitting headache from carb withdrawal...not so bad today.

I want to lose about 3-4 stone I'm not really fussed to much on the stones I just want to be a comfortable size 12!.
I do plan 3 it's 3 packets a day and a low cal evening meal like chicken breast, fish, 2 large eggs,tun of tuna (1 of them) then 80g of veg, I would experiment with the packs if I was you I played it safe and got a lot of the thing I thought I'd like but all the same and am now so bored of them! Can't wait to get some different flavours Friday! Xx

Ok I will get a selection, I was considering going all in where you just have the supplements but I am not sure if they will allow me to straight away. I will see what they say tomorrow but feeling positive so I am hoping it will all work. I am more worried about losing size rather the stone as well to be honest. X
 
My leader gave me the choice but I was to scared to do the 1st plan ss,and I have found it hard enough with having a meal so defiantly wouldn't have coped as well! Lol,wish you lots of luck u will be fine! Let me no what u go with and how u get on Hun good luck xx

Hiya all signed up and ready to start tomorrow on SS+ but have brought some extras so can do a few days just SS to be honest quite excited about getting started probably be different in a couple days lol how are you getting on ?

Really good feelin loads better today!getting weighed tomorrow so fingers crossed!
I was thinking I might try ss in a few weeks when the weight loss slows but don't think I'd be able to do it haha

I have made sure have eaten lots of goodies lol I am doing either 3 sachets a day and a 200 cal meal or 4 sachets a day I can chose on the day. I thought I would give it a go see how I get on. That's good sound like you have got your head round it fingers crosses for tomorrow am sure you will do fine Hun x

Good that u have ate loads of goodies! The night b4 I started I bloody fell asleep early! So didn't eat all the chocolate I brought lol

First day wasn't to bad think I need to lean technique of making the sachets as a couple were not good at all lol and invest in some headache tablets grrrr got to be the worst bit. And late at night was hard took lots of will power not to pick. How you getting on when's weigh in ? X
 
Weigh in yesterday I lost 10lbs and 6 inches! WAs so happy :)
Yh hate headaches just pop a pull and drink lots of water it's so hard in first few days what day u on now xx

I think we are on the same plan don't no why I have been thinking in on plan 2! I have the 3 sachets a day and a 200 cal meal xx
