Newbie

Hiya I am in day 2 and no head ache today yeahhhh but why oh why did i choose to start before the weekend i have no idea lol yes think we are on the same one I brought a shaker as have 2 young kids so would be good as always drinking on the run lol have you got much to lose ? X
 
Haha I no weekends are a nightmare! I want to lost about 3-4 stone ish, at least u will have it 1st weekend out the way! Xx

Have tried a coffee and walnut shake today but filled the shaker with crushed ice is really nice you should try it x

I am on day 4 and not feeling 2 bad have done the whole wee ing on the stick thing but can't remember what colour it's suppose to be lol what day are you on now ?
 
Day 10! They say between 2-4 and your in ketosis or even if it changes colour from the beige to a pink or purple colour u r in ketosis have u found it quite easy then?

God no definatley not easy lol especially the weekend no so much the hunger but temptation. I have got 2 young children so food is a co start thing in our house lol I am looking forward to weigh in though as have been 100% so far. I did try today I couldn't stand the porridge so put a teaspoon of what ever milkshake I was going to have later and then microwaved I have mint choc porridge was good x
 
Really might also try that! What porridge do u have I had the apple 1 today getting quite fed up of it so she's dropping some soups round later! Are u doin the evening meal also, I no I have a 7 year old and 3 year old its constant food for them they don't stop! Lol x

I have the maple and pecan and the plan one. I have got soups but don't really like them yes just a 200cal meal at some point in the day and 3 sachets but so far have just had salad with either tuna, egg or chicken. I did try chicken cooked in soup with mushrooms and broccoli and that was nice x
