Im new on here, I enjoy the Slimming World regime but have not been motivated for a few years. I want to lose a stone to get rid of the excess around my ribs, belly and waist! I've started today and I'm going to try and hit the gym as much as I can too. I love reading other members success stories and food diaries! I'm a real foodie and a keen cook so I love to try new recipes but sometimes I'm on the go so need something quick!
Does anyone know how many syns the John West Tuna Light Lunch Mild Curry & Rice are? I do extra easy every day.
Also the new John West cous cous tuna pots?
