Thanx for the replies.. I am thinking of trying weightwatchers.. Going to get some of the soups for lunch and just cook dinner as usual.. How do I put a ticker on here?

Hi ladies

Thanx for the replies.. I am looking forward to starting this.. We are going for a mini break tomm to Bognor Regis (Can't wait) Gonna see if I can find any weigh watchers products from supermarket and take things from there then may weigh myself on friday when we come back..
