Hello I am Ali and I started on the 2nd of November on CD. My 1st weigh in was on Sunday and I lost 7lbs . I have struggled a couple of times with wanting to have some "real" food but managed to fight through it. I stay in Fife and it would be good to hear from anyone else in the area.
I have been visiting the site for about 2 weeks now and find it very insperational, I hope I can do as well as you have all done.
