Newby and needing advice :)

Hi everyone.
This is the first time I've done a VLCD. Have received my starter pack, aiming at 4 meals a day.
I'm a bit confused with others writing about protein intake????
On top of my 4 packs a day do I need to have a protein meal?
Any advice would be grateful!! Excited and nervous..... Just want to do this right :D

Hi everyone I'm a newby aswell just finished week 1 and lost 10lb which I expected as its all water retention in first week. What I'm concerned about is I bought some keto sticks to check that I'm going into ketosis. Which should happen day 3 to 5. And now on day 7 and still nothing why? Anyone else had this problem? Thanks in advance for help.
