Newcastle VPHBC#4 - January 4-5th 2008

Right - just been on the phone to Lacey who's coming up on Saturday morning due to childcare issues!

So - the proposed meeting times are:-

Friday - 4pm & 8pm in the Pitcher & Piano then onto the Quayside

Saturday - 1pm & 8pm in the P&P.

Is that ok for everyone?

It all sounds good to me :D

I finally bought my train ticket this morning - cutting it a bit fine mind :eek:.

I leave here at 9.56 and arrive at 14.57. AmandaJayne is getting in just before me (about 14.30) so she will wait for me and we can share a taxi to the hotel. Sandy if you're around at that time (or anyone else) we could share too. PM me if you want to and I'll PM you my number.

I haven't even started thinking about packing yet - still snuggled on my sofa watching Numb3ers on Sky+. I suppose I better get a wriggle on soon :D.

Our train is due in at 13.50.... shall we wait to get a taxi or meet you there?

I am very good at packing/travelling..... I will have one medium sized weekend suitcase..... 2 outfits - one for each night.... 2 clean tops for the Sat/Sun and my pj's, slap (make-up), hairdryer and straightners.... You won't miss my case though.... new one for Xmas off my mum/dad ..... it's bright purple with funky pink/red/white spots on - it's wicked!!!

Text be bout the taxi....

Zoe - don't panic I'm sure as long as your room is ready they will let you in...... I'll PM you my number cos I'll be there 2ish so can always use my room in necessary - though guess mine won't be ready for 3 either.... not to worry - friends just went to Edinburgh a couple of weeks ago and they checked in straigh away as room was ready....!!

OK Sandy - just read you prob on same train as AmandaJayne and that Westie gonna not be long after.... if you get taxi with them we'll see you there - go on ahead if that's OK????

Sarah - Mandy arrives at 14.55 I think - could you wait for her too? Perhaps you could text her??????

OK all.... just finished packing.... gonna put my tops in in the morn so they don't resemble bits of rags.....!!!
